Gilberto Silva

In his press conference today, Dunga told the media that Gilberto Silva will play against the Ivory Coast. The manager stated it was a simple injury scare yesterday, after Globo reported that the midfielder was doubtful. Dunga stated that Gilberto Silva has been cleared to play by the team physician, and practiced normally this afternoon.

Team physician Dr. José Luiz Runco also confirmed Dunga’s words and guaranteed that Gilberto Silva would play tomorrow.
