Arjen Robben will be ready for the first match of Netherland team at the World Cup 2010.

Recall, that due to left knee injury, sustained in a friendly preparation game for the World Cup against the Hungarian national team (Netherlands win 6-1), Robben performance in South Africa was put under question mark.

However, all doubts about his performances are now removed, this confirmed the 77-year-old physiotherapist Dick van Toorn.

"I think he's ready. He could miss the match only because of tactical reasons, not because of his ability, because we can say he is ready for game".

South Africa kicked off a month long party on Thursday night with a spectacular concert at Orlando Stadium, featuring the likes of the Black Eyed Peas and Shakira, as well a host of local talent.

South African President Jacob Zuma and FIFA President Sepp Blatter also joined in on the party in Johannesburg's Soweto township, calling for unity for the duration of the World Cup.
